 JH Fitzpatrick is looking for a Service Manager 

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

·        Effective and profitable management of a busy Service Department

·        Ensuring key KPIs including customer satisfaction, utilisation and warranty are met at all times

·        Strong focus on team leadership

·        Responsibility for maintaining and developing key client relationships

·        Responsibility and ownership for the delivery of service and service metrics to customers

·        Drive continuous improvement

·        Responsibility for assessing and implementing change, strategic directions

·        Ensure process documentation complete and robust

·        Coaching, developing and managing team members

Required Skills and Experience

·        5+ years’ experience managing teams in an operations environment ideally within the Agriculture industry

·        An appropriate technical background preferably within the agricultural machinery sector

·        Good customer relation skills built from previous experience in a customer-facing role

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Good sense of initiative with a multitasking approach

·        Excellent problem-solving skills

·        Administratively highly organised, with a proactive approach to developing and maintaining systems and processes  to further enhance departmental efficiency and profitability

·        Excellent business acumen

·        Creativity – focused on service improvement opportunities

·        Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

JH Fitzpatrick has a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part time basis.

Job duties include:

  • Providing holiday cover for Cash/Card Reconciliation for the departments within the site.
  • Daily sales reconciliations.
  • Responsible for invoice/delivery docket inputting and matching.
  • Working with the Finance Controller to ensure smooth running of the finance matters within the company.
  • Preparing cash for collection by the security company and maintain site safes.
  • Responsible for petty cash, floats and expenses.
  • Back office control and department support in POS programs.
  • Administering clocking system.
  • Sorting and routing all incoming mail.
  • Answering incoming calls for the site.

Experience and Knowledge Required;

  • A proven track record and experience of at least three years in a related administrative or retail role with demonstrable evidence of successful delivery of results.
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Excel.  
  • Demonstrable excellent administrative skills to ensure your work is organised and efficient.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Experience with the any of the following systems would be an advantage; CBE, Maitre D, Envisage Connections, Tokheim, Clockwise.
